Registered in England and Wales No. 06520426, serves as the sub-distributor of the sub-funds of American Century ICAV in the England and Wales.

The ICAV is available only to certain persons residing in certain jurisdictions other than the United States and where the relevant fund of the ICAV can be lawfully marketed or promoted. Please note that the price of shares and the income from them can fall as well as rise and you may not get back the amount originally invested.

Income receivable may vary from the amount of income projected at the time of making the investment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law and shall inure to the benefit of American Century Investments' successors and assigns, whether by merger, consolidation, or otherwise. Any action taken against American Century Investments relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
